NOTICE TO CREDITORS. TO ALL CREDITORS of SUSAN M. EAGLE: The Settlor, SUSAN M. EAGLE, born on September 24, 1982, and who lived at 3378 State Street Road, Bay City, Michigan 48706, died on December 18, 2024. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom letters of authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Eagle Trust No. 1, dated September 26, 2003, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Howard S. Eagle, Successor Trustee, within 4 months after publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
