Vickie Lynn Payton

Vickie Lynn Payton, age 58 of Holland, passed away July 20, 2023, of metastatic lung cancer.

She was born on June 1, 1965, in Bay City, Michigan to Michael and Donna (VanWert) Kruchowski. Vickie was a very unselfish person. Her proudest accomplishments were being a wife and a mother. She was a very caring and loving spirit who loved laughter. Vicki took a liking to gardening, and had the most beautiful flowers. She was a graduate of Pinconning High School in 1983.

Vickie is survived by her loving husband Tom Payton of 33 years; children, Christina Payton, Michael (Melissa) Payton, Zachery (Erin) Payton, Rachel Payton (Jessie Knapp); grandchildren, Ash Collins, Abigail Collins; mother, Donna Mae Kruchowski; brothers, Ken (Irene Jantz) Kruchowski, Wayne (Elena Sprenger) Kruchowski; sister, Michelle (Mark) Rabish; niece, Lauren (Thilo) Rabish Schulze; nephew, Michael Rabish (Erin Carter); sisters-in-law, Diane Payton, Debbie Payton, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Vickie is predeceased by her father Michael Kruchowski and brother, Michael David Kruchowski.

Vickie really appreciated the support she received from her close friends and neighbors.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, July 29 from

1 - 4 pm at Dykstra Funeral Home – Mulder Chapel (188 W 32nd Street, Holland).
