Pursuant to the Judgment for foreclosure and on a debt entered on March 14, 2022 (Bay County Circuit Court, Case No. 21-3387-CH) (the “Order”) relating to a debt secured by a mortgage made by LABH HOSPITALITY INC, a Michigan corporation, of 5221 Bay City Road, Midland, Michigan 48642 (“Debtor”), to MILLENNIUM BANK, an Illinois banking corporation, having an office at 2077 Miner St., Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 (the “Lender”), dated September 14, 2018, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Bay County, Michigan on September 28, 2018 as instrument number 201813418 (the “Mortgage”), as set forth in the Order there is due for principal and interest on the Mortgage, as of the date of this Notice, the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Four and 50/100 ($2,637,704.50).
