NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Carol A. Bush, of 4700 Fox Pointe Drive, Unit 303, Bay City, Michigan 48706, died on July 27, 2022. Decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust for the Carol A. Bush Trust, dated February 22, 2002, as amended November 19, 2007, and amended February 2, 2016. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of this decedent are notified that all claims against Carol A. Bush or the Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust for the Carol A. Bush Trust, dated February 22, 2022, as amended November 19, 2007 and amended February 2, 2002, will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee of the Trust, John E.
