NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The Grantor, Kathleen O. Engelhardt, who lived at 6853 Frankenlust Road, Bay City, Ml 48706, died February 6, 2023. There is no personal representative of the Grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the Grantor are notified that all claims against the Kathleen O. Engelhardt Restated Trust dated December 18, 2012 will be forever banned unless presented to Karen K. Cieslinski, Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication of this notice.
