NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, Mildred Nuffer, who lived at 1711 Raymond Street, Bay City, Michigan 48706, died on December 24, 2024. The decedent was the Grantor and Initial Trustee of the James & Mildred Nuffer Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 26, 1993, and as amended on January 20, 2016.
