NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent’s Estate NOTICE TO CREDITORS: 1. The Decedent, Mary C. Richter, a/k/a Mary Catherine Richter, a/k/a Mary Richter (the “Decedent”) is the Settlor of the Mary C. Richter Revocable Living Trust u/a/d March 1, 2013. 2. The Decedent died on August 9, 2026. 3. The Decedent’s date of birth is July 30, 1937. 4. The name of the Trust is the Mary C. Richter Revocable Living Trust u/a/d March 1, 2013 (the “Trust”) 5. The Trust was established on March 1, 2013. 6. The name and address of each trustee serving as a result of the Decedent’s death is: James M. Dwan 32820 Woodward #210 Royal Oak, MI 48073 7. Claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless the Claims are presented to the Trustee at the Trustee’s address within 4 months after publication of this Notice. (09-02) 35-1
