The Frederick Carl Riffelmacher Declaration of Trust, dated January 26, 2012 (“Trust”). TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, FREDERICK C. RIFFELMACHER, also known as FREDERICK CARL RIFFELMACHER (born October 8, 1938), died on June 22, 2022. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Estate to whom letters of administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the FREDERICK CARL RIFFELMACHER DECLARATION OF TRUST, dated January 26, 2012, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to TORSTEN ALEXANDER ERNST, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
