NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF DCH LICENSING CORP. Notice is hereby given that DCH LICENSING CORP., a Michigan corporation (the “Corporation”), was dissolved effective July 13, 2026. The Corporation is in the process of winding up its affairs. Any person or entity having a claim against the Corporation is requested to present the claim in writing to: NATHAN NIEHUSS, CEO DCH LICENSING, CORP. 2115 BARTON HILLS DRIVE AUSTIN, TX 78704 The claim must be presented in writing and must include sufficient information to permit the Corporation to determine the nature and amount of the claim, including: 1. The basis for the claim and how it arose; 2. The date or dates on which the claim arose; 3. The amount of the claim, or a reasonable estimate thereof; and 4. The name and address of the claimant. All supporting documentation for your claim, such as invoices or contracts, must be included with your written statement. A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within one (1) year after the date of publication of this notice.
