NOTICE TO CREDITORS, MICHIGAN CORPORATION. NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KEIT’S GREENHOUSE & FLORAL CENTER, INC., a Michigan corporation, of 1717 S. Euclid Avenue, Bay City, Michigan 48706, has been dissolved pursuant to Section 804 of the Michigan Business Corporation Act effective February 1, 2023. All persons who have claims against such Corporation, whether such claim is liquidated or unliquidated, or whether it is contingent or based on an event occurring after the effective date of dissolution, must file them in writing, addressed to the Corporation at the address below. Each claim must state the basis of the alleged liability, the principal amount claimed, and the date it became due. If the basis for the claim is a written instrument, a copy must be provided. All claims against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within six (6) months from the publication date of this notice in the newspaper.
