Heather Lynn Kedron

Heather Lynn Kedron (Strawn) age 42, adored wife and cherished mother lost her diligent battle with kidney disease on October 25, 2025. She was an amaz- ing loving wife to William Kedron, and an excellent caring mother to Alex and Connor.

Heather was born on September 15, 1983, to her parents Daniel and Michell (Datzko) Strawn. Heather graduated from Standish-Sterling High School in the class of 2002. She played in band, built a home in building trades, made many friends and met her husband, Bill. Heather also studied at Delta College for criminal justice.

In the year 2000, she started her 25-year-long journey with Bill, they purchased their first home and soon after she became a mother to Connor. On September 20, 2008, Heather and Bill were married, and a few years later Heather had her second child Alexander. Heather was a beautiful charismatic woman with a spark of life, infectious smile, and intoxicating laugh. Heather spent many years working at Community Clothing in Pinconning where she held a position as Store Manager and made many friends with her kindness and serving heart. Heather enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games, watching movies, teaching them how to cook, clean and take care of themselves. Heather was not afraid to get her hands dirty and had an adventurous spirit She was an avid fisherwoman, ice angler and huntress. She enjoyed reading and was skilled in calligraphy.

Heather was an animal lover of all types. Including her recent rottweiler puppy named Eevee who was her best friend for the past few months. Heather loved exploring the woods in search of feathers, flowers, mushrooms, rocks and all types of wildlife. She also loved landscaping, gardening and taking care of her beloved fruit trees.
Heather leaves behind a legacy of love and selflessness and is survived by her devoted mother in law Lynn Kedron-Stelter, her sister Tonya and brother in law Eric Smith, her sister in law Erin Stelter, nephew Trenton and Makalyn Bartys, niece Caitlyn Bartys, Kaiya and Len- non Smith and great Nephew Ashton Bartys and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends who each had a special story of Heather in their hearts.

Heather is preceded in death by her father Daniel Strawn, Brother-in-law Raph Stelter Jr, grandparents Rose and John Datzko, Merle and Katie Strawn, (Godmother) Aunt Susie Slancik, uncles James Strawn and Daniel Datzko.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Beacon of Light United Methodist Church, Standish, Michigan, with Pastor Russ Porier presiding, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Friends and family may visit at Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home STANDISH Chapel on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on Friday from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm, and on Saturday at the church from 11:00 am until time of service.
