Kathleen (Kathy) A. Algueseva
Kathleen (Kathy) A. Algueseva, beloved daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, and friend, of San Antonio, Texas formerly of Pinconning, Michigan, passed away November 1, 2018, in San Antonio after a brief cancer illness. She was born July 2, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan to Clayton & Ann Algueseva and grew up in Pinconning. Like many of the folks in the area, Kathy started out at Dow Chemical, in Data Processing, from there she went to the Ford Motor Company in Detroit. Continuing with different computer companies; Mohawk Data, Data 100 etc. Kathy transferred to Houston, Texas to get out of the cold weather, finally making her way to San Antonio where her cousins lived. She worked for EDS Credit Union for 20 years, tried her hand at the restaurant business with her cousins Doris & Nick Caruso, which she thought was fun but too much work, she tried selling cars before eventually ending up at NuStar Energy, an offshoot of Valero Energy as a Contract Administrator, where she was employed up until her untimely passing. She loved being the recorder of lives and scenery as her beloved camera was never far from her reach. She was an active member of her Church and a willing and able participant in many charitable functions at NuStar. We remember her with Love and Joy, her smile, her laugh, her Faith in God will all be greatly missed.
